Jerry,

Excellent! Continue to build your resource notebook with reference materials to assist you in your role.

Patty Aronoff

I keep everything in a binder with tabs, i give the information to the prospective student in a specific order.

I have created a binder with tabs, for all the related information, Florida Statutes and Codes related to the industry

We have several methods for organizing paperwork and information. First we keep an electronic copy of all of the current paperwork on our computer system. We then keep the paper work at the office where admissions are being conducted. The office staff who do the admissions keep the paperwork in a way that is easier for them to find and process.

I've created a folder in my email with the most update information ready to print as needed for new students.

I am organizing my paperwork in my training binder by tabs. In addition, we now have an electronic tool with tabs updated on an on-going basis.

To be better prepared in completing the admissions training I have created a binder that includes all of the rules and regulations. I have also included the catalog and the enrollment agreement which will give me a better understanding of the topics discussed.

a binder with tab dividers has been made where these will be filed. I have also made a folder in my u drive for it as well. Just in case I'm located in different part of the building then I will some kind of access to it.

I am gathering and printing all he information and placing in a binder so I have easy access to the training.

I have followed the instruction the course has laid out. I have created a binder with tabs, and have already found that is a quick and efficient way to access important information.

Pamela,
However you choose to set it up, make sure it is tailored to you.

Richard,
Add any additional materials to work with the student. Consider a equity asked questions section or your who to contact listing.

Patty Aronoff

Frank,
I would add any additional material from the accrediting body into the folder. We must comply with the accreditation standards along with the regulations of the state of Florida.

Patty Aronoff

Allida,
Many students like to see it in writing and the notebook provides this reference at your fingertips.

Patty Aronoff

Paisley,
We love checklists. If used properly, they provide a road map to compliance with all the stops along the way.

Patty Aronoff

Scott,
Good news! The binder keeps all your material handy and ready to use.

Patty Aronoff

Amalo,

Excellent! You are creating a reference book of your own. Cntinue to add any additional materials to make your job easier.

Patty Aronoff

Jerry,
It is an undertaking to put the notebook together. You will find it is well worth the effort and be the reference you refer to regularly.

Patty Aronoff

Jerry,
Excellent! The notebook should work for you and be the go-to source for all your reference material.

Patty Aronoff

Mayra,
Good deal! The beauty of organizing it your way is that you know where you put everything!
