I will create a binder with tabs after the completion of this course. It will include related information, enrollment agreement and school catalog. Updates and changes will be added to make this a living resource.

I have created a folder with tabs for all the information pertaining to the Florida Statures and Codes, an enrollment agreement and school catalog. I think it is important for me to have the Code of Conduct from our Accreditation agency in my folder.

I have created a binder that has all of this information and update the information as any changes are made. I add any memos additional information that should be shared with the student.

Everything prints out automatically particular to that student and their degree program applying for. I also keep my personal reference guide handy.This keeps everything pre-set for efficiency. There is also a chart which states the order of the file. A checklist and organizer? Great!

I have a resource notebook with all the forms, rules and regulations, policy and procedures. I have started to make a clone of this notebook in case of an emergency, and plan to scan everything and organize it in files and save it in a drive to find things easier as they will be saved in pdf format.

Yes, I am also doing a binder. I like the idea of sheet protectors, I never though of that. But I plan on keeping mine close to my desk!

I have my resource notebook. I am adding pages and using page dividers. I've printed out the papers from this training and I am continuing to collect the papers given to me by my organization.
