I will continue to keep notebook organized.
I created a binder and keeping it at my desk.
I have gathered a binder and it is my personal resource book. Comes in very handy on a day to day basis.
The notebook is the best way to stay organized and up to date. It is important to have the notebook properly indexed.
In order to organize all the paperwork and find documents that I need during an interview easier, I found it helpful to create a binder with dividers. When prospective students have a question or are interested in knowing certain requirements and I have forgotten, my resources notebook is my savior. Other staff can also look through the notebook for guidance.
Marguerite,
Great idea! You will have the best of both worlds, just make sure to keep both versions the same and current.
Patty Aronoff
Sonise ,
Excellent! Paper versions allow you to write notes and highlight important information.

I have a binder where I print out all the information, including relevant rules and regulations for the state of Florida and I am also making pdf files to be kept in a file on my computer so I would have a backup in case I want extra copies for the future.
I created a binder with all the information gathered in this training. I also highlighted information that I will need to know moving forward. I have found this method to be very helpful.
Michelle,
Having both formats is great as you have the benefits of both.

I have created a resource notebook that includes the training modules from this training, as well as sections for: catalog, enrollment agreements, marketing, accreditation, and institutional information. In addition to the resource notebook, I have created an electronic folder with links to important university reference materials.
Danielle,
Organization of the material will lead you quickly to the needed resource.
Patty Aronoff
Wilson,
Clear sheet protectors can certainly help out when you use the notebook regularly preventing "wear and tear."
Patty Aronoff
Lisa,
Continue to add other documents, such as product knowledge information sheets, to your notebook to provide you a comprehensive resource.

I have a binder I am using. I am also using dividers, so I can refer to information quickly.
I have created a binder notebook to include important documents from this training. I also copy the rules and regulations I put them in clear sheet protector.
The binder is created with admission training enrollment agreement, catalog, knowledge term and definitions, school policy, rules, and fair consumer practices it has current the material in it that was required.
Jacquelyn,
It is important to have these materials current and close at hand for ready reference.
Patty Aronoff
We keep separate notebooks/binders related to regulations and statutes.
Jennifer,
Continue to add additional materials to your notebook such as advertising materials, organizational chart, catalog, etc.
