tony,
Remember that we cannot use social security numbers as student identifiers.

tony,

We are required to keep compliance paperwork in order and ready for review.

Luis,
Build your notebook to the uniqueness of you! As the primary user, the notebook should reflect your personal requirements.

That's the beauty of the notebook! You can continue to add additional materials as you move forward with your notebook.

I am creating a binder with well labeled sections.

A nice green folder with all the PPW that is required by my school with the full name of the student on it.

a nice green file with all the PPW that is required by the school, with there name on the tab.

Exactly by following the directions given in the training. By creating a binder with all the information given.

I printed all paperwork while training and put it in a binder in the exact order that I printed it from the training session. Each section separated by topic.

I find that organizing A File folder with a check list form pronged on the left side. On the right side of the file all documents in the order in which it appears on the check list.

A Binder is very helpful specially when it is color coded.

I will be creating a binder and seperating all the paperwork for the admissions training.

I have what I call a go to folder. I put all necessary material under specific topics. I also color-coordinate sections for added clarity. I'm naturally a pretty organized person but when given the responsibility of another and when my job is at stake, I take the task to heart and personally.

I have started to create a binder with sections based on each section of the training, including admissions training course materials, enrollment agreement, consumer informaiton guide, and with space for the binder to grow as needed with additional information.

Jennifer ,
That is the beauty of the notebook! You are building a solid resource to be right there for any assistance.
