Karen,
Students are very informed in today's world. We need be on top of our game.
Anette,
You are providing a great customer service.
I had believed that my comprehension of my institution was perfect, but as many interviews you have with prospective students, as many "red flags" you find in your knowledge. It is amazing what little details students want to know about their prospective school, and we need to be accurate at our answers. That's a big part of the admission process and a key to a successful enrollment.
My institution is a small one, and the classroom environment is very personable, so on the first day you do not feel intimidated by anyone. We make our introductory classes interesting wanting the student to come back the next day.
Our staff is small also, so i multitask a lot. I have learned things, which i will incorporate with doing my admissions. I also assist in placing students after completion of their program.
Paul,
By doing so, you gain and give knowledge making it real.
Michelle,
We all learn everyday!
Antoine,
Stopping stations such as yours gives a tour, talking points and a time to ask questions.
Jacqueline,
You are off to a great start!
Dawn,
This is good news! Knowing where to seek knowledge is one of the purposes of the resource notebook.
Anette,
Exciting fields in the health industry!
I find attending classes and workshops are a handy tool. By attending classes you can relate to perspective students.
i would rate my knowledge of my institute moderate considering today is only my third day however, I have discovered our display booths which I feel is a standout area to talk about during tours with prospects.
We are an institution that will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Commission for Independent Education as outlined by Florida law.
Our institution will be offering diploma programs that will range from 75 to 1350 hours.
I have learned how to organize student files and all the steps involved in the enrollment process, and all the correct techniques to use with prospective students.
I am very comfortble regardng my knowledge about the institution, and where to find the information or personnel needed to share with prospective students.
My institution is a small one. We teach the Home Health Aide course,Certified Nursing Assistant Review,CPR,First Aid and other short inservises, like Hiv, Osha, Domestic Violence. Phlebotomy and Ekg will be added soon to our courses.
Our staff is a small one, so i do a lot of multi-tasking, of which i do not mind. From our evaluation survey reviews i can say we are doing well and in addition with the CNA state board testing. We are encouraged and look forward to more great information from Commission for Independent Education and Max Knowlege. We thank you.
Juliet,
That is what makes our sector so exciting!
Douglas,
We have to explain our school in order to make sure the decision is right to attend.
Ruben,
Very inspirational post.
Kelly,
You have a wonderful asset of institutional knowledge.
