Our school offers the EMT, Paramedic and Phlebotomy/EKG programs. We have an advisory board and we also keep in touch with our Career Services Representative regarding job placement. We also send out employer surveys once a student has completed the program.
Speaking with the instructors is one of the best way to learn about the job students train for. Our instructors have first hand knowledge of their profession and all of our EMT/Paramedic instructors work as Paramedics. Our Phlebotomy/EKG instructor also works in the field.

Janet Emery

Our organization offers mostly IT training as well. We also find it helpful to survey employers.

The programs that are offered at our campus are: EMT, Paramedic, Phlebotomy, EKG, Nursing Assistant and Fire Fighting. We stay in contact with potential employers, most of our instructors are working in the medical field, and we keep in contact with our externship sites which are potential employers.

EMT, paramdeics, Phlebotomy and EKG, Fire 1 and Fire 2.

We meet with industry leaders and have instructors who are out in the field currently working in the industry.

The school I work in has EMT - Paramedic, phleb/ekg. No T4 funds at this time.

Suzanne,
The IT career path is very dynamic and does require being well informed in the industry.

We offer all IT programs. We learn about the jobs students train for by staying current with the industry. We have an advisory board, we subscribe to newsletters, journals, magazines, blogs and more. We discuss this type of information at our staff meetings as well.

My school is a medical training facility specializing in EMT, Paramedic, Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, and Fire Fighting. I learn about the jobs by staying in contact with our externship sites and local EMS departments. Many of our instructors are currently employed in their specialized field, in addition to their teaching obligations, and they keep the staff informed with new developments in the job market.

We have
Commercial Diving
Nondestructive testing
Welding
Medical Assistant
EMT/DMT dive medical technician
CHT Hyperbaric chamber operations.

We offer EMS type classes. I am also a firefighter/paramedic. I have taken preety much all of the classes we offer at my school. I really think it is a great idea for admissions and student services to sit in on classes.

We offer Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography, Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, General Radiology Teachnologist, Massage Therapy, Medical Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding, Nursing (Registered nurse, Advance placement and nursing, RN to BSN) and we just launched Psychology on- ground. There are different ways to learn about all our programs as talking with the Director, placement director, cheking the curriculun, assiting to some classes as well

Jeffrey,
This is where the whole school becomes an excellent resource for you.
