I feel the requirements are very thorough and our agents are well equipped to represent the university.

Choosing the right university as a student to complete their degree is not a decision which should be made on impluse. The student has a better chance of completing thier degree if they have researched several schools. Our job is to ensure they have accurate information about our institution to assist them in their decision making process.

I did not realize that as an agend there was so much detailed information we needed to know. I now know how important it is to be fully informed with all the regulations.

Very insightful thus far. I feel as agents we must consistenly check with states regulations because there are so many.

I think that everyone should be required to take this course as part of the new hire training. I know when I came aboard I was thoroughly trained on the CIE/ Agent rules, regulations and requirements. This training however, provided me with additional knowledge and of course has allowed me to save pertinent information to my computer which allows me to have information available a click away. Thank YOU.

The course was great and provided me with some additional knowledge and tools to ensure success.

The Agent’s reguirements by the CIE are relevant and vital to ensure the student has the best possible imformation about our institution before making a decision about enrolling. We always need to do what is best for the student when they are choosing a school for their education.

The Agent's requirements are necessary and ensure quality service to clients, students, and the continued success of the education institutions agents serve. Finishing this course has served as a refresher of the standardized knowledge base that an agent must master. It is necessary to continually refresh one's knowledge of requirements of such vital information. This course is one of many useful tools at the agents' disposal.

Steven,
Thank you for your feedback. Good luck in your endeavors.

Very good information, not as hard as expected.

I know a whole lot more about specifics. I did have a basic overview of what we should do and not do, however, now I know a lot more about the specifics.

I agree with you Sarah, each institution should have meetings pertaining to updates in the laws that govern the education department or new regulations.

Marci,
Thank you for the feedback. Good luck!

My thoughts on being an agent and what they must know is actually pretty extensive. I didn't think it was so diverse on the rules and regulations but does make sense because alot of this does have to do with the disbursement of title 4 funds which is government money and can't be used negatively as these funds are our tax money. it does make sense for us to keep to date on the regulations as these are always changing.

I feel that an agent is responsible for a lot of things & they must really keep updated in order to provide the prospective student with the most accurate information.

very educational and informant now i know to stay on top of the florida regulations to maintain an up to date notebook.

There are a lot of things to discuss with prospective students and now I know to create a checklist of everythig I need to do.

I feel very excited and also surprised about the various regulations and rules that go into the admissions process. Even more so the fact that I am now aware of the standards.

There is alot more that i thought i needed to know but this is a positive thing since the more i know the more effective i will be in doing my admissions.
