You are right on target! The industry is changing every minute and it shows your school is right there with the newest trends.
I would go to a training no matter where it's located because there is always somothing new in the market regarding the schools and we have to keep up-dated specially if you have a beauty school which has something new coming out every day.
My thoughts and feelings about the Agent's requiremeents is that it is very important for me to know about everything that goes on in my institution like this I can help the prospective students, my co-worker and most important myself, because if will help me feel more confident of what I'm doing.
I always knew that agents requirements were important, but did not realize how extensive they were. My biggest take away from this course will be to keep myself updated with all the rules and regulations, and to know what is happening at the campus as far as program changes and requirements.
I was aware of my responsibilities as an agent of my university prior to taking this training. However, the importance of my licensure has been reinforceda and I have found new resources to help me do my job better.

Compliance is key. You can never be too compliant!
I agree also, staying compliant is the main goal. And by satisfying that requirement it ensures that everyone is doing what they should be doing. And that is helping students achieve their goals and dreams.
Most of it is common sense and the fact that an agent must be involved in all aspects of the institution is a requirement, in my opinion. Most important is to know and have a resource center where you stay up to date to the changes in laws by the state. This course was instrumental in giving us the resources and where to find them. An idea is for MaxKnowledge to send us alerts to us, agents, by email or any other ways of communication, so we are immediately aware of changes in the industry and laws.
The resource guide is most important. It is through this guide I will be able to provide accurate and required information!
Most of the requirements discussed I was already aware of. However, this course not only expasnded my knowledge, but also linked me to the statutes, regualtions and rules that I can refer to when something is in question. The resource handbook will be useful, but when it comes to updates in the statutes or regulations, I think that is would be wonderful if we licensed agents could receive email notifications when an update is added or a change is made.
The course is very important and has made me aware of the guidelines we must follow in order to in compliance.
I had a pretty good idea when I started the course but it has made me very aware of the legal requierments and the importance of complying.
we dont have agent admission but I think it is important for an institution in order to increase the number of prospective applicants.
