We have weekly and monthly meetings and evey employee need to be there in each of them.

I attend admissions meeting, ed funding meeting and all staff meetings.

We meet once a week to learn about what changes there are and if there are any new policies

During the training period I spend most of my day with our Director. I believe we will continue to have daily meetings to stay current and on track with our Institutional progress & goals.

This training has been very helpful and made me search for information that otherwise I might not have done so.

As instructors we have daily meetings to cover any issue that may have come up the previous day or sometimes we even strategies how we will overcome specific challenges for the day ahead of us. Yearly after our graduation we have a staff meeting to evaluate all of our processes in an effort to do better the following year. Since we are also associated with schools in other countries, bi-yearly we have meetings in Switzerland to make sure all of our schools around the world are on the same page.

I GO TO THE MEETINGS THAT I AM REQUEST TO GO, SUCH AS ADMISSION OFFICE, REGISTRAR OFFICE OR A GENERAL MEETING.

I attend regular meetings. Its a must for us to be on the same page, share ideas and ask questions.

In our institution I have weekly meeting and outside vendors meetings to maintain update information.

We have a bi-weekly meeting, that helps disseminate information. I also like to read job related magazines and also frequent websites and message boards that discuss work related items.

We owe it to the students we serve to be knowledgeable. If we do not know, we need to seek the answer.

Meetings are an important of our day in admissions. They motivate us and inform us.

Patty Aronoff

Nicholas,

It takes many different departments and staff to guide our students to graduation. The more we learn about the other aspects of the student experience, the better we can provide solid customer service.

Yenniz,

There is! We are always given opportunities to learn something new.

Patty Aronoff

Patty Aronoff

We have meetings at least every other week just to stay current on what is going on in the office, what projects we need to work on, and if anyone has any questions to discuss.I find this to be a great time to learn more about my job and my institution.
