Everyone in our department attends weekly scheduled meetings. Enrollment strategies, markting strategies, enrollment numbers, targets, amissions policies and procedures are just a few examples of subject matter. We have weekly meetings and one thing we do that is very helpful is listen to recorded phone calls that were had with potential students, we then exchange feedback and review the call as a group. With two different campuses- it can be tough to keep up with all of the meetings that are going on. I make sure that I attend all admissions meetings.
