Program Advisory Councils are required by both the state and the accrediting body. They are very important in developing the progam as they review curriculum and give the school their expertise and wisdom of the work world.

We have weekly one-on-one meetings with our management as well as team trainings every week. We cover anywhere from new policies and procedures to our programs. I feel very informed and I know that if I have any questions, I can ask.

I attend weekly admissions meetings, product knowledge meetings, one on one meetings with the Director of Recruitment, quarterly staff meetings, town halls, webinars and also participate in e-learning classes provided by the institution.

We do weekly product knowledge and department updates

We attend admissions meetings on a monthly basis. and product trainings, to learn more about the programs offered, and new programs that are going to be offered.

We do regular on site training such as this one. We also have about 5 days of training after every class start to stay up to date on policies, procedures and guidelines. It is important to always give the student the most honest and current information possible.

At our institution the entire school staff is required to attend monthly meetings.

Spanser,
I would recommend that Admissions visit classrooms and speak with instructors not just as a new hire. There are so many opportunities to stop by a classroom and learn something new. This will help you stay on top of your game.

I KEEP UP WITH PROGRAMS LIKE THIS ONE. I TAKE TWO OR THREE COURSES A YEAR, AND KEEP UP WITH NEWS LETTERS AND WEBSITE INFORMATION, THEN HAVE WEEKLY MEETING TO DISCUSS EVERYTHING SO EVERYONE IS INFORMED.
