Webinars are a great way to train. Technology has certainly brought training to our doorsteps.
Our campus president holds a weekly "exec council" meeting, which, as Campus Enrollment Director, I am a part of. This meeting is so important to me as I get a chance to hear about all of the programming, challenges, events, good news, etc going on around campus and within each department.
We have annual meetings on all changes.
We have monthly update meetings. I am enrolled in webinars, and will be attending conferences over the next several months.
We strive to do weekly meetings within the campus. Our corporate office works on webinars as well as skype meetings where we all gather to discuss upcoming enrollments and forecasting
Yes they are and I believe they are great mind expanders and also ignite the motivation as to how important you are in creating a successful learning environment as an Admissions Representative.

Teamwork is so vital to the student experience. It takes a whole school to have a student graduate with success. Sharing of our own experiences with students helps everyone grow.

I do hope that your meetings allow for group discussion and placing student questions on the table for all to hear.
