Yes-our school has a booklet of the FAQ's. We are informed of any changes in the rules and regulations so always stay current and up to date.

As an Admissions team, we often brainstorm about this so that we are prepared to talk with students about their cares and concerns. It is very important to be able to share honest answers with our students and provide them real life situations that they can relate to while considering our program.

Our school is very proactive when it comes to our F.A.Q. training. As a new employee we receive a booklet with the training information as to what we are allowed to say to student inquiring about attending our school. After our first week as a new employee we are required to complete a test and unfortunately we are not permitted to move on with the training process until this test is passed. I think this is a great process for new employees. It is very informative and a great way to "dive" into your new job!

The school does an excellent job of providing us with information to answer those questions; also they are very responsive to any questions that are not "frequently asked". In my position I may not know the answer to "every" question that might arise; however there is always someone at the school I can refer the questioner to, to get the answer.

We have ongoing training as to frequently asked questions that we need to know and we also go over frequently asked questions that we are not allowed to discuss in which case we can take them to the appropriate department for answers. I also have a folder in my office to refer to and study. Frequently asked questions we need to know include; Are we accredited? Do our credits transfer? Can you find me a job? and others.

This makes sense! When it comes to Financial aid the number of variables are enormous!

Absolutely! Before anyone goes out into the classroom, all FAQs are reviewed and updated to new specs for that year.
