Yes, we have weekly meetings to discuss any changes thst may occur in the information process. Also the DOA and campus director inform us with all the lastest news

Yes. The school does a great job with providing FAQ questions and answers, and reviewing it frequently.

Yes they do, ranging from questions regarding cost to whether or not credits transfer as well as if we can guarantee students with a job after the student graduates, which we can not do. We can help them with career planning and training, but we can not guarantee a job after graduation.

Our school does not provide a specific printed list of frequently asked questions. The training program we are required to attend addresses many of the questions that are frequently asked, and we are able to watch and participate in role playing exercises to give us comfortable exposure to answering these questions correctly. Also, prior to being on our own with students, we sit in with experienced admission officers on real meetings with students to have a comfortable feel for a typical type of meeting. We are, of course in both training done by corporate and in training on campus, able to have any questions we may have answered.

Yes. But in the form of training.

Ours does too. He does a good job at reviewing commonly asked questions that students have with the reps.

We have outside representatives that go meet with students and I do not believe there is a FAQ sheet that is passed out. However, they do provide a school catalog to each of the perspective students.

Yes.The materials provided are updated on a regular basis as well in regards to student information and questions those students need answered through their agent.BMC is timely when responding w/accurate information.

The school that I am currently employed at makes "frequently asked questions" available in the students initial interview school packet that discloses important student consumber information. I highlight information that is frequently used, post the information in my office and create my own typed up list's using information given to me for my own quick personal reference on faq's and student processes.

Our school also provides these answers.

Our school provides us with a wealth of information about our offerings, procedures, funding, etc. Perhaps they are not deemed as "frequently asked questions," but are nonetheless covered during our interaction with the students.

Yes I do have a list of questions that students do ask. A lot of questions are about the program and how much money it costs. Thank you for asking!

Yes, phone scripts and training documents are provided.

Ouir school has a FAQ tri-fold to give to prospective students. It's also a nice way to cover information the students typically want to ask, but sometimes forget about during the interview process. In other words, the FAQ is another way to cross the t's and dot the i's.

Yes my school does provide me with answers to tough questions students ask. I have my DOA who is here to help me as well as my other admission reps. We have also gone over objections that students may have and how to answer them. Also at our weekly meetings we go over questions that students have and the best way to answer them

I have only received information on what shoppers usually ask.

I have yet to start with the school, so not FAQs have been provided to me as of yet. The website does provide a great deal of information that should answer most questions prospective have.

Our school does offer a good amount of responses to questions that arise consistantly. These questions may vary from concerns about the financial aid process, to specifics regarding the ins and outs of how our program works.

Obviously, as a new Admissions Representative, having the answers to FAQ's will be important to the growing process. Having these answers at my disposal will be critical to ensure compliance as well as deepen my knowledge of our institution.

Our traning process is very comprehensive and thorough, and all new representatives are required and fully encouraged to "sit-in" with certified reps to be aware of a lot of different situations we may encounter. The website also has all the information we might need when answering questions and the compliance standards, but I do not believe there is a "formal" FAQ sheet.
