Yes and most of the frequently asked questions are the objectives that the students have about cost, financial aid, transfer credits, etc. These are objectives that are asked about everyday and if you just listen carefully and remind the student why they are calling or why they came to the interview the objective becomes a problem solved. Remind them of the features and benefits the school or program has to offer.

Absolutely, I have a “bible†that I received when I first started working here that I refer to almost daily. I find it quite interesting to see how often we see the same questions come up. We have weekly meetings as well where new questions are brought up and discussed. My book is constantly updated with the questions and answers that we are beginning to see more and more as time progresses. There is no lack of training at my school. I have only been here a short time but the wealth of knowledge around me is outstanding.
