THis has helped all the admin reps with a fluid interview and get to what they really want out of our programs offered.

Yes! This type of information is updated often and we are trained on changes made within the organization. I feel that we answer all of the questions that students ask with a correct response and not just a guess. If we do not know the answer then we find out what it is.

It's definately good to know the verbiage that is acceptable and what may cause consumer confusion. It brings a sense of comfort to know I the have access to answer these questions properly.

Yes. EDMC has a very extensive training program to prepare new admissions reps for their jobs. One of the main subjects in the training manual is FAQ's. This is very important, in the fact that we never want to misrepresent our school by answering questions in the wrong way

Yes, as a new enrollment representative is training, this is one of the first items covered. Very informative and helpful to someone new.

We do something along the lines of having the information ready and avalabie if we need it, but we do not do a FAQ sheet for students. We usually just go to the document that answers the student question.
