Yes we have an admissions representative resource guide that has approved answers to frequently asked questions. This allows us to answer the questions confidently and accurately. This also assures the school that admissions representives are prepared to answer common questions.

Yes, but I also worked in admissions for 5 years before taking this Agent position. So I'm pretty up to date on what can be said and what cannot and frequent questions students ask.

Yes, information lilke this is given in new hire training so that I can be ready for possible questions and concerns a prospective student may have before enrolling. Of course, there will be questions that prospective students may have that are not previously covered, but I know that there is multiple resources I can get the information from if I don't personally know it myself.

Yes, they go over this in training. We participate in mock interviews and calls to better handle these situations. We also have ongoing training and information from our managers.

Yes they do, they have prepped me the first day I started and gave me all of the rules and regulations. I was also handed a catalog of information that I need to review. I can go to any one in the school and they will answer any question that I may have. Everyone is very welcoming and makes it easy to learn these rules and makes sure they are known.

Yes, my school is very helpful when it comes to helping me with questions that are usually asked by new prospective students. Sitting in on the admissions process with a new student is so very helpful and taking notes makes me feel more confident when its my turn for a one-on-one with a new prospective student. The more interviews you do the better and more confident I feel. And usually the same questions are asked over and over either in person or on the phone.

Yes, in regards to compliance questions we have them posted always, and additional questions that come up frequently are addressed on our Intranet, posted multiple locations around campus as well as a weekly meeting to address concerns and training in areas that have changed. We also have different activities throughout the week that always begin with a conversation about anything changing, questions that might have been asked, or questions we have in general.

Yes, our school provides its agents with the information to properly inform prospective students. Having these answers ready helps make sure the student gets the most accurate information, and that no false statements are given to the students by any agent.
