Yes our school does. Not only through numerous training tools, but also through the admissions paper work itself. It's continuously being updated to be in accordance with laws and to appease student satisfaction.
My school does have a FAQ sheet but all material should be covered during training so agents are knowledgable enough to answer questions correctly before they meet with prosopective students. We also have employees on campus to help with any questions a prospective student may have. The worst thing we can do is give an answer we are not sure of.
We have a list of asked question that they think a student may ask, but each student is different so they may or may not be helpful depending on the student
Yes they provide us with frequently asked questions, but not all. Each student is different so there will be different questions that may arise.
No, we don't have an FAQ. Our school believes that each student has their own set of questions which are based on their career goals and what they want to achieve. When we set the appointment for the student to come in, we ask them to write down and bring in at least 3-5 questions when they meet with us. That way, we make sure that they get all questions and concerns answered on an individual basis.
Yes. They even go a step further and review the most common objections/fears students can have & the best ways to handle them.

Yes, we have a frequently asked questions page that is very resourceful for prospective student and staff. It is very helpful to know the answers as well as point a prospective student to the page so they can review them. It is one thing to be provided information on the phone and another thing for a prospective student to be able to read it for themselves.
Yes. This is usually covered on an on-going basis as our programs continue to change. Normally, when admission reps are unsure about something, they will check with the Admissions Director or Director of Administration or the appropriate staff member for answers.
