Yes. They provide us with training that answers a lot of the questions. Otherwise, there are resources we can use here.

Yes, We are given handouts that answer questions that students may have about the admissions process. We also review as a team each year if there are any changes from the prior year. Also, we have meetings consistently to update us on any changes. Besides this, we are equipped with our catalog to hand out, which addresses any questions in depth, and our website reiterates all the info given in the handouts and catalogs.

I am new to the admissions process, but have to say that we meet regularly to discuss admissions and thus, talk about questions

Yes, I am ususally able to answer any questions the prospective student has. If I don't i simply say, "you know what, i'm not exactly sure but let me go ask my director and find out for you." I have found that saying that does not ever anger anybody; however if I were to try to make up somthing it woudl end up coming back at me. I feel 110% confident in my interviews and feel that my interviewies do as well.

Unfortunately my school had no book of "FAQ's" to resource if I heard a question I wasn't preapred for, or didn't have an answer to. Because of that, I referenced, and sometimes, double referenced, my co-workers. As time went on, I developed my own "FAQ" sheet, and have since made it a training tool for new Agents that come on board. It would have helped me a great deal to have a resource such as this when I began, so I'm happy to be able to provide my simple tool to new Agents here.

Our School does the same. We train when first hired and attend weekly meetings where FAQ can be reviewed.

yes - and we often converse.

yes - we enjoy the up to date information

yes - it is on our employee portal so that it can be read, the information can be useful.

We also have team leaders that help and encourage other members of the team.

I've been asked to do some role playing as well as team building and to give specifics. I call it a fist full of facts.

yes, it's on our employee portal.

Yes, and if I can't answer the questions I will find the resouces to do so.

I've been in admissions in 2 similar schools for 31 years and have not been given answers to specific questions but new employees are given that information.

Yes, we do go over this. Also, if I am doing a presentation at a school and I get a question I can't answer, I can immediately call school and get an answer that I can forward to teacher or student that same day.

We definitely focus on the most commonly asked questions and concerns of prospects and their family members. We invite all applicant to write down all of their questions and concerns-which we address before the actual presentation of programs. This is done with every prospect and parent that we interview.

No, at the present time the Cosmetic Therapy Training Center is only enrolling 10 students per session. The President/Agent has practiced Cosmetic Therapy for over 25 years and is well advised as to the many questions that a prospective student may ask.

Yes. This is one of the very first requirements when a new agent is hired.

No, the Cosmetic Therapy Training Program is a small school with less than 10 students enrolled per session. The President/Agent of the school ( Vickie L. Mickey, CT)has practiced Cosmetic Therapy for over 25 years and is well advised as to the questions that the prospective student might ask. If and when the need to add this information it will be added.

Yes very much so, there seems to always be an answer to every question. Even if the answer is not in a "frequently asked questions" area, they have the resources on campus to help me with any answers that I may need during the admissions process. I think my school does an ecellant job preparing you to be able to handle just about anything a prospective student could asked during the process.
