I normally don't experience many questions about policy based on the depth of our presentations along with our computer presntations. Most questions are answered.
I have just started after a month of training. I feel our presentation to the students makes it quite clear of what is expected of them in the enrollment process and their time on campus. They are supported in a multitude of ways and can ask questions at any point during their involvement with the school.
I do, if they don't have questions for me I may not have explained things properly. This is a big decision and most people have a signifigant amount of questions.
I am still in training, but during my observations, I've seen the reps be very patient and acknowledge the reps questions, and focus on answering the students concerns within the guidelines of the presentation.
This is going to be my first week as a Rep and I would hope that the students will ask me alot of questions.
I am in training and we go over the enrollment agreement very cleary.
Repectfully I disagree that there will not be additional questions after fully explaining information. I think it helps others to ask quesions to solidify what is being said. Reps confidence in their presentation style and content knowledge will definitely aid to their understanding, but it would be doing a disservice to the potential student if they did not have a note to clarify or the request to review a point of the presentation. While the decision is a weighted on, the rep should make sure that the potential student is not left with any confusion about the time, money, and dedication it will take to graduate.
Great question! I do find that students ask those types of questions sometimes. It's great because the more they ask, the more they learn!
No, I don't feel like that a lot of students ask because it's so much information they don't understand that it's their rights as well
Yes, they always ask questions about the enrollment
I would think that the students would ask many questions about the admissions process. This is the area that would have mutiple questions.
Yes I do Believe students will ask questions about the enrollment agreement. I have not had a chance to work with any students yet though so I do not have any examples yet.
I am currently in training. However, in observing other admissions representatives, I have noticed that most prospective students do not ask questions because the enrollment agreement is covered in detail before the prospective student signs off on it.
I have found in previous experience that students do ask several questions during enrollment agreement process. Questions must be factually answered before moving forward and completing agreement.
No, I do not think students ask many questions about the policies or statements.
Yes I do find that students ask questions about the policies or statements in my schools argreement. Some studnent rush through the process and it is up to the Admissions Representative to guide them and reinforce the importance of reading all documents carefully and complete.
I actually find that students do not ask many or any for that matter questions pertaining the enrollment agreement. I believe it is nice for the students to have that information in front of them but its more of a regulatory issue.
No because most of the information included in the agreement has already been discussed during the interview process. The important information contained in the agreement is still reviewed as it is important to make sure all applicants know the details before signing.
Hi John, I am in my first week of training and have not covered the enrollment agreement but being a student myself I do remember it being covered up and down in great detail. This is how I plan to be with my students.
Engaged students generally ask a lot of questions. When an Admissions Representative is doing a great job explaining everything the student should feel confident about all the details of the Enrollment Agreement.
