I believe it is important to review my college's advertising and marketing material because marketing strategies are forever growing and changing. If I form an opinion about what I believe could be a wise marketing strategy for our college, I know that I am welcome to share it with our professionals who are in charge of marketing and advertising our college. Smart and colorful marketing strategies are vital to increase enrollment at our college.

I feel that it is important to know how much advertising and marketing is out there for prospective students to see becuase it adds to the value of your school among many things.

It also is the first thing the student may see before your communication with them and it is important to know what the ads are saying that led the student to become interested initally.

I think it is important to know what exactly your institution is marketing to the potential student otherwise when your student comes in and is conversing with you about different product/programs you are aware of what has been advertised and you will be knowledgeable of the marketing strategies and that will make you aware of the demographic that your are potentially trying to reach

I believe it is important to know where you are generating a majority of your leads so that you know what other areas may need focus. If students have not responded by saying they found us on a college search online, they may have seen a billboard or something. By knowing where a majority of your students are hearing about you from, it could help you to understand what other areas you could focus on.

I truly believes that the reason to review your matrerial is to answer the simple question of; are we doing right by the student? We want to make sure that the material gets the message across but that it doesn't display anything misleading!

I believe it is important to be familiar with your school's marketing materials so that you understand what is being presented to the student and so that you are in compliance with the material. Also, it can be important to understand what methods are more noticed by students and to obtain their prospective, one from a marketing perspective but also so you have a better idea of how familiar your potential students are with the institution.

It is important for a recruiter to be up-to-date on their school's advertising and marketing material so they can use them as tools to recruit prospective students. A recruiter should know what the school is advertising so they can use it to increase the number of students who will attend their school.

I totally agree with you. However, it is also important to know the advertising and marketing materials of your institution so you are in compliance with the programs offered. This is extremely important if you are recruiting a student and they have alot of questions about your different programs.

It is very pertinent to know the marketing and advertising strategies for my school. The information displayed to the public on these advertisements is something I need to know. Knowing this information and how it is presented to prospective students, is relevent during the interview process. I always want to know what they heard about the college and how they heard it.

It's important to know the school's advertising and marketing material so when you ask the student how they heard about the school, you'll know what they are referencing. It's also important for letting students know about upcoming events on campus.

I agree, keeping up to date with what your school offers will also instill confidence in the prospective student that they are choosing the right place to continue their education.

It is important to know the information your prospects are reading and seeing about your school. Also, so you know and are up to date with the information.

I think its important because a potential student may ask questions regarding the advertising they saw. Reviewing the marketing materials will help answer these questions.

Reviewing advertising and marketing materials is always important. You want to be sure you are still relevant to your target audience. You want to be sure that you are accurate in what you say. You want to be sure you are addressing current concerns and issues to show you stay up to date on changes in trends. You want to be sure students see you as proactive rather than reactive; it will give the student greater confidence in attending your school if they feel they are valuable and their success is highly important to the entire organization. Advertising and marketing materials inform the public as to who you are, everyone wants their best foot forward, so to speak, so reviewing these materials will keep the organization focused on their product and how that meets the goals of their consumers in a truthful, realistic manner.

There are several reasons why we should review our schools advertising and marketing materials. First and formost is to make sure they are still accurate and in accordance with any applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The same is true for making sure they accurately reflect our schools programs and/or policies.

Another reason can just be to make sure they are current with the times. For example if the item is a brochure for an information technology prelated program and the artwork has not been updated for quite some time, the computers in the photos could be grossly out dated and create an impression that our school does not teach relevant material.

As social media/networking grows, we need to be more on top of what can be done in terms of advertising so that we can reach people who do the social networking. One marketing problem right now is that many of our leads are not responding to phone calls, change phone numbers at a whim, and do not usually listen to messages. Advertising and utilizing social media would be a big help.

I think it's important because you dont want to 1. put out false information
2. you want to know what you can use that wont get your school fined.

Our school not only actively markets our programs e also partner with major facilities who hire our students for projects

I think it is important to know just what is being said about my school. I want to know what we are selling and how we are selling it. I like to know how my students heard about my school and what they learned. It helps me in knowing what that person is looking for and I can better assist.
