Procedures are set in place in order to insure that every step of a student’s process/experience is evaluated. One way to insure compliance is through call monitoring. This insures that prospective students are being properly informed through every step of the enrollment process.
We have ongoing training for all departments to insure that everyone is on the line of field.

When it comes to compliance, our school has a zero-tolerance for not being compliant. Each rep has a sheet he/she must sign off on that explains the answers that must be said if a students asks. Many times, we have students who ask if they are eligible for FA...as a rep, we can say "Financial Aid is availabe to those who qualify".
It is important for us to stay in compliance and now there is additional focus on quality that continues to be encouraged.
The company has provided additional training on the issue of compliance and constantly updates the information for the recruiters to review.
Management has an on-going compliance training program. Frequent memos relating to specific compliance issues are circulated and discussed in team meetings. Calls of individual representatives are monitored and feedback is provided.

Our school does take compliance very seriously and do have extensive training on compliance issues and have a list of what to say and what not should be said. When we talk with our students over the phone, we do have our calls recorded for compliance purposes.
We have on going training each week were we ask questions on the topics we need to be on top of to ensure we remain in compliance and train on area we may be weak on.
We utilize all of the director team to handle all areas of accreditation compliance in order to make sure that we all know the expectations for the entire campus. This allows a better system of checks and not just the "what's important to me" attitude. We also have made it mandatory to discuss a particular compliance issues at every admissions meeting.
