The goal of educating students is to make sure their journey through life is successful! I know this may sound "korny" but it is the way to measure their successes and failures through their education
I think the goal is to make productive individuals in the workplace. I work as a medical instructor and I always keep in mind that this student might take care of me and that always makes me want to educate the best student that I can
I want to make sure that all students that I have, are ready for the work place. It is important to know that I have done my very best and my students have everything they need to walk into that first interview and land that job with the confidence to back them up.
The goal of educating students is to help them gain the skills needed to learn and synthesize it when needed.
And after feeding the mind, they will hopefully develop an insatiable hunger / thirst for more!
To prepare them for the working world.
Hi Dan:
For me, if I can contribute to the knowledge and skills of a student so they are able to get a better job and provide a more satisfactory lifestyle for them and their family, I feel I'll have made a difference.
Regards, Barry
Hi Durrell:
Well, the youth and students in many of our career schools will end up being the future workers. Therefore, it's reasonable to expect our lessons and expertise should be able to convey the current contemporary information and knowledge be used to prepare these students for the future workforce.

Hi Kevin:
It's always inspirational when students are able to "catch on" and apply the skills the've learned. We can't possibly teach them everything they'll be expected to perform in school, but we can teach them to be critical thinkers and use their analysis and application skills.

Hi Melanie:
Good goal, For me, if I can get the student job ready, meet the college academic requirements, and help the student be a great employee, then I feel I've done my part.

My goal is to make sure my students have a good understanding of what is being covered and that they are confident in the material.
Hi Paul:
When we have a solid curriculum, and match that with experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic instructors, students are bound to fi8nish school and be successful.

Hi Tammy:
Good sentiments.
Besides assuring I have met all course objectives and student learmning outcomes, I want to share my years of experiences (mistakes included), training and education to assist these future workers to have a foundation to springboard ahead far best what I was able to achive in my time. I guess you could call it progress, but perhaps "real-world readiness" might be a better term.
Regards, Barry
My goal in educating students is to share what I know and also get them to share what they know so they can be very well rounded individuals. I hope that in educating my students I am providing them with the foundation they need to succeed in life, school and employment. I want the best for my students and I expect their best in everything they do.
Hi Anna Marie:
I think most of the participants in the course teach in vocational settings, so training for a career is surely one goal. For me, I think meeting all course objectives, student learning outcomes, along with my experiences, training and education blend to make a climate where the student is capable of retaining the knowledge and skills needed to be successful when the graduate.
