Many times students see some work as to difficult because they lack the experience to complete and will balk at the attempt to. Completed projects can show the student how to complete the task and gain the nessary skill sets with a minimum of confusion building their confidence in their abilites.

Some students are visual and hands on, therefore changing up for the different learner types set the stage for all learners to become excited!

The student feels the challenges of a new technique or a new flavor in the kitchen laboratory in my case. Open the door to something new? A lot of them start looking in the internet or recipe book.

For me next class start with a lot of questions and i love went the student comes to challenges me.

By showing examples, the students get a visual representation of what they will be producing in the class (in terms of assignments. This will help them to understand more clearly what they will learn/need to learn to be able to produce assignments like the examples.
