Some of the terms and definitions commonly used during the admission process:
* Tuition; how much is the school tuition
* Financial Aid available
* Salary; how much will employers pay
* Employment; can you guarantee me a job
* Do you have flexible schedule
* Is your school accredited

Words like Objective, Career Opportunities, Admission Requirements and Program Outline. These are lead to words that will give clarity to the prospective student(s) registering at our school.

I have placed information on my institution, training information, catalogs and course wheels for the courses my institution offers.

Well, definitely two of the most commonly used terms at my institution are advertising and marketing. This is because we are currently in expansion mode and are looking to increase our visibility. Although the terms are similar and somewhat interchangeable because of their practical application, they are different by definition.

Advertising deals with the actual 'product' that is being offered, Marketing deals with how that 'product' is presented to your target audience.

Program would be the other commonly used term at my institution. I frequently discuss the differences between the programs my institution offers, as well as the advantages and flexibility of them.

There is a provision under the regulations to offer life experience credit. It must be equivalent to the academic credit the school is giving.

You should have your own copy of all the documents that the students receive including the enrollment agreement. It is better to experience the document yourself rather than discuss something you have not seen.
