I have created the same type of binder and add the updated information to the top for easy reference.

I created a manual resource notebook and a folder, with the necessary forms, saved in my desktop.

I have added information to my note book. Believe me, having everything in just one place saves you time.....

Absolutely! It is about how and when in order to remain compliant. The student needs to understand the documents they are signing and how it affects them.

I'm building an online notebook using Google Docs. This is always available with information and it has some notes, faqs, pertinent legislation, our catalog, and enrollment agreement.

We use Google Docs for Education to share online document with informations about admission process. So everything is shared between the supervisor and we have all discussions and new information on our computer screen.

The Google Docs folder has a lot of documents about the process with faqs and informations that we may need.

Organizational and follow up skills are of the essense as an admissions representative. You must folloe theinstitutions traing on paperwork which is provided in traing and is developed by management to follow a good flow and understanding for the student. The student should be very clear as to what he/she is completing in this process.
