George,
Great news! Having the information in both formats is a way to get the information quickly. Just make sure that both are current.
Patty Aronoff
Julio,
Electronic formats provide their own set of advantages. Many people would prefer a hard copy.

We are organizing the enrollment paperwork into stapled packets and then other enrollment information such as the table, career services, and job opportunities into folders so that everything is right in front of them.
I had previously created a master binder pertaining to enrollment and we are licensed in 4 states. Each State has a section and all pertaining documents filed under. From this training I have now been able to add to my Florida section. The statues and guidelines have made for a great addition to make sure all enrollment processes are followed correctly.
I will create a file with bullets point regarding the admission process has well the all the necessary information related to the school also i will be doing flash card for my own training purpose to memorize everything that is important
I am organizing all of the paperwork and added information within a binder, as well as a digital copy, to insure that we have it on file for future use. I am extremely pleased by the amount of information provided by the course. I'm happy to see how extensive this program truly is.
We are setting up all documentation electronically so it is easier access and update. There are too many risk factors in keeing this in a hardcopy binder.
Maureen,
Having both eletronic and paper resources available gives you the best of both worlds.
Patty Aronoff
Cora,
Anytime a question arises, your notebook can be to the go-to source. Keep valuable resources in your binder and make sure all material is current.
Patty Aronoff
Cora,
The notebook keeps you prepared and ready to research any question that comes your way. Continue to add additional resources to increase its value.
Patty Aronoff

Organization is key to compliance and full disclosure. Unfortunately, there is no exception for not being aware.

The paperwork is organized in a binder with the additional checklist added. The contents of the binder sections and regulations are also electronically filed and updated regualarly.
