Nicholas,
Excellent! It never hurts to go over things twice.

Patty Aronoff

Ask questions to all departments as the need arises, and check the website periodically.

The Calalog is a good start. Ask the Director or your Admissions Director.

This is something I do religiously. I encourage my students to come by every so often to see how things are going for them in school, for referrals and of course for information of the "going-ons" at the campus. I'm always surprised at the information that sometimes have not come across my desk but my students are well aware of.

I plan on reviewing this course again and ensuring that each of the items required are included and that we have the required information for each and every section. Additionally,I plan on working with the other directors to ensure that we are all the same track and have the same mindset regarding our goals as an institution.

Nicole,

We must be up to date or we can be out of compliance. It is important to be proactive and stay current with the rules and regulations that govern our schools.

Sondra,
Asking questions is a great way to learn. It promotes interpersonal communication of continued cooperation between departments. When you ask a question the other person feels that they have a part in the process.

Patty Aronoff

Keeping up-to-date is a great way to not fall behind on any new information.

continue to ask questions and make sure I have all the tools at my fingertips and to educate myself by speaking to all of the staff and team members, students and would love to sit in some classes aas well.

Joseph ,

That's such a great idea! Having the dates on there quickly tells you when the material was added.

Patty Aronoff

It is also good to date and time stamp the information you place in your notebook, sometimes information can change in a matter of hours.

Good afternoon Joshua,

I've found that you could be the longest employee at a company and not know all the answers. Every day we learn new things. You may get asked a question that you have never been asked before and that same question may just come up again many years later. It's these rare and random questions that is extremely important to write down.

Joseph,

You never know! Having the information in your notebook means you're ready.

Patty Aronoff

Catherine,

Your resource notebook will become more valuable with the information that you continue to add. Make sure all the information is current and up-to-date.

Patty Aronoff

ANA,
I do hope your meeting with the students provide you active feedback.

Patty Aronoff

I have a resource notebook and keep it up to date but have never once been asked for any information that is in there:-)

I will add any missed information to my Resouce Notebook and check the websites often for any updates.

Every week we have a meeting with the students.

Lisa,
I love visiting classrooms as you get a new experience each time. We learn not only about the student experience but also gain more insight into the products we are headlining.

Patty Aronoff

The best thing is to keep in touch with the Director and sitting in the classroom and getting feedback from the students gives me more insight. By sitting in the class room it also help me to better explain the course material to the upcoming student and see it from the teacher point of view.
