Meetings are meant to be learning opportunities and information sharing. Great job!
Many times we have refresher trsining courses on compliance requirments and accreditation requirements.
At my institution we have weekly meetings per college to stay up-to-date with program changes. We also have a meeting every month for all of our admissions specialists. In this monthly meeting we cover policy changes and important updates. As a manger, I complete courses such as this one, attend many webinars, and meet with our various directors to stay current.
Besides attending meeting held by our corporate center for proper training and follow ups on new information and programs, our campus also holds weekly meetings with the education department to understand the program in every aspect. I have also been to the FAPSC and CCA conference in the past 2years.
As the campus director I attend all meetings at the campus. I also attend monthly training sessions on personal development.
We have daily meetings. I plan to look into further networking and other industry training.
At our school we are required every Wednesday to attend our "Stitch" meeting to discuss any situations that may be affecting our enrolled students. We are also aware of our gross number, net numbers, cancels and flagged students. It is the rep responsibility to know and inform others at the meeting the status of their students. We also attend a meeting after each start session. Tuesday is staff & faculty meeting which we can attend if available. Change of policy meetings are held when required.
We have compliance meeting to discuss regulations, admission meetings to share information and helpful tips and we have academic meetings so we can learn more about the programs. Also anytime we have a questions there is always someone to assist
I take advantage of training seminars, attend weekly staff meeting or training hosted by the institution.
We also participate in webinars, attend local and state conferences. We communicate daily.
We have a weekly meeting with our teachers which I go to and I also sit in on Student Counical meetings. I try to stay up to date on everything happening in the school.
I attend every meeting I possibly can at my institution. The information acquired there can be extremely valuable. I attend all administrative meeting at our office, as well as the meetings held for our teachers. Here I learn about our latest policies and requirements.
our program has faculty meeting to discuss admission policies, regulations at least once a semester sometimes more often if warranted.
