We have frequenly training sessions with the Admission Director, Career service Director, Records coordinator and also Product Knowledge sessions with the Program Chairs. In that way we get the accurate information for the prospect student.
Our director holds meetings once a week for all reps to brief on local program updates and changes. He does research and shares his experiences to motivate us and train us on the importance of not only knowing the product, but how that product can impact and change someones life. We also share information weekly as to individual experiences or updates that need to shared and expanded on.
We have "Product Knowledge" meetings which are designed to teach us about what is been taught and also learn about details of each career.
We have weekly meetings with the chairpersons of each program, so we can better understand each area of study, note any changes to the programs or courses, and ask questions. We have regular meetings as a team of admissions to discuss changes to our policies or procedures as well. The key to understanding these changes is communicating together as a department and asking questions. We also have school-wide meetings when something that pertains to the entire staff is being changed, such as compensation.
Not only do we have one on one meetings with management weekly, we have group training meetings as well. I like the one on one sit downs because it's a progress update, and allows me to know constantly, how I am performing my job.
I attend to several training meetings offered on regularly basis.
Sounds like they keep you up to date on all of the changes!
I always attend to all meetings that are scheduled in my school as well as webinars like this one, in addition I attend some of our partners meetings.
