Absolutely. We are tested on the material contained in our "FAQ's Notebook". We have a spiral-bound, pocket-sized book that serves as an easiy accesible reference for situations when we are asked a question.

Yes, FAQ's are extremely helpful to students and our school has created a list of standard questions and answers that assist students during the admissions process. If we encounter a "new" question that a student asks that would be extremely beneficial to other students we add that question to the list. The FAQ's are also posted on the website.

Answers are provided to students sometimes even before they ask them. The packet that is given to each perspective student gives them answers to...how long will it take me to get my degree, how many classes do I need to take...how much will it cost, etc.

We have an Important Information for Students form that is gone over with each student that covers most frequently asked questions. We also have a Loan Fact Sheet that covers everything that deals with the Installment Loan offered (if needed and the student qualifies). Both are signed by the student and Representative.

Yes, my institution does provide us with the answers to frequently asked questions. We have an admissions manual that contains most of these questions. Also, on top of that I have put together my own Notebook with resources that have the answers to most student questions.

Yes, as well as training from other admissions personnel and also covered in our college catalog.

I found our website to be a good resource for Frequently asked questions as well.

Not only is this information given in the training process and annually at compliance meetings, the company creates a travel size booklet of "frequently asked questions" and answers that I have found helpful throughout my employement.

Yes, my school does provide me with "frequently asked questions" that prospective students often ask during the admissons process. In fact, I carry with me a booklet given every year to us that provides us with compliant answers to "frequently asked questions" students may have. It has been helpful to me every year and I have referred to it.

Yes, they do and we are tested each year.

The school that I am working for provides a FAQ handbook. I find this to be very useful and accurate to the questions the students ask. Also, before going out into the schools, we have to pass a FAQ quiz. This is also extremely helpful because you have to know what they are going to ask and how to answer their questions correctly.

Our school just started one program this past Spring and the program I am involved with does not start until late August. However, with experiences from the other program's initial class, I was provided with such information. In our discussions we also talked about questions the students may ask as our program grows. We want to be proactive as we all share our knowledge and previous experiences as we build our program.

Yes they do, and we also have training manuals that we keep on our desks so we can take a look at them from time to time.

Absolutely! One of the first items we provide to new admissions agents is a "frequeltly asked questions" form. It contains about 20 different question that are posed by almost every person interested in our school. I have been in the admission department for 5 years now and I still reference it.

Yes, it is posted on our school web site along with other pertenant information.

Focusing on not only having the answers to frequently asked questions to help educate potential students, but also focusing on being sure to answer clearly and honestly (so information can not be misconstrued) are focused on during the training process.

I am the only "Agent" here at the school doing enrollment and I've been here for 7 years. I'm also a graduate of our trade school so pretty much any question my potential students have, I know the answer! It does inspire me to make my own list of FAQ to keep in my Resource Notebook, however, for other employees who may not know the answers.

Yes we have an information sheet in order to direct students to the right department; depending on question asked.
