I always try to keep up-to-date with the rules the instituion i repersent follows by doing research and reading newsletters. Also, once a month we have a conference call where we discuss new rules and procedures.

I have been learning the various Rules that regulate my activities and my institution through; training courses, individual research, and consistent communication with those I work with and for. I find that in any situation, it is a wise maneuver to utilize a variety of resources to develop the most concise knowledge.

I am learning the rules ands regs through the Online Agent Training Course.

I am learning the regulatory rules by evaluating the sections of the ORC that apply to the topics under review. I am then comparing these rules to the documents we use; such as our catalog, enrollment agreement, and disclosures, to emphasize what I am learning.

We are constantly talking to each other here in admissions, and double checking with each other when students ask questions. This ensures proper information is given, and the rules are followed. We also meet and talk about the rules to make sure everyone knows and understands them.

Constantly remain updated by different departments as policies/procedures change. Also monitor the Ohio Board website for changes.

I like the idea of checking the OACCS website. That is a very helpful resource.

I read the catalog monthly, as well as anytime there is a new version. Also, keeping up with all addendums and supplements is a necessity.

I also continue to learn rules by studing the catalog along with the polices and procedure manual.

I am reading the Ohio Rules and asking questions about our process with my management team. This complete overview ensures all topics I need to know are learned and discussed.

Since ive been hear ive learned alot from the senior advisors here. I break down everything, and if Im doing anything they will correct me. I've also studied the employee handbook

Some of the ways I have been learning about the rules that regulate the activities and the instituion are by:

1. Reading the school catalog
2. Reviewing the enrollment agreement form
3. Asking co-workers
4. And browsing the OACCS website.

Reviewing the State Laws in effect for the enrollment process as well as reviewing the schoolcatalog and Enrollment agreement to note any additions to the material in those resources.

Extensive training on compliance, asking questions of my supervisors, reading the fine print on all our enrollment paperwork, making sure I understand how we are accredited by and how we get accredited, talking with directors of departments.

I find that this is good discussion for meetings with my Admissions team. This way we all stay up to date.

Mostly looking at our enrollment agreements, the catalog and verifying the information with the Ohio standards. Looking at all of these different sources ensure that I am following policies and guidelines.

I have consulted the School Catalog, and met with the School's General Manager, Student Services Representative, and other employees.

The catalog is always a great resource. I also attend all meeting to keep up to date in our changing enviorment.

By checking the state's website on a monthly basis and upgrading any information for my notebook of information.

My college has a formal training unit, much like this training unit, that I have been working through. It has been very successful.
