No I wish they would I feel it is important.
No, they often are more concerned with Financial Aid and Course Offerings.
Yes, in my experience students asking many questions at this point in the process. They usually ask if in the event it doesn't work out for them in Financial Aid, they are still obligated to attend.
I think most questions that come up are regarding financial aid. I also believe parents will ask more questions than their dependents. Each student is different, and their questions are different also.
I agree. As long you explain everything to the student in a way they can understand it, there are usually no questions about the policies. Most of the questions I get are about financial aid.
No, that is why I go into as much detail as possible to make ensure that everything is covered
Actually no they don't because I actually read it to them and make it clear to them. I explain the document to them so that the student understands what they are signing.
they ask a few questions about the enrollment agreements that i answer in a timely fashion!
Typically students do not ask many questions regarding policies or statements on the EA. It is important that each point is carefully discussed with the student so that they are very aware of all policies / statements from not just the school, but from the State.
No not really. I always break down every section to the best of my ability. If they still have more questions and I feel I need more information I will ask my Director for help. We want students to be clear on what they are signing.
No, they ask very few if any questions during the overview of the Enrollment Agreement. As Representatives our strong point is to give a very thorough high profile key points of the Enrollment Agreement overview. And opening the door for questions over the Enrollment Agreement if they arise from the Newly Enrolled Student.
No, they don't ask about the enrollment agreement, but I make sure that I cover it with them, so if they do have any questions, thier questions have already been covered.
It seems like all their questions come the day after on the phone.
I find it really varies as to the student as far as questions go. Some stuendents have a whole list of questions while others don't really ask questions at all.
Not typically. We cover each section of the enrollment agreement and it seems like the student understands the sections as explained and we give them their copy and tell them to call us with any additional questions. We occasionally get calls a day or 2 later.
No, I have found that most students do not ask a lot of questions during the admissions process about the policies in the enrollment agreement. This is why it is so important to explain everything while going over the enrollment agreement, so that the student fully understands everything.
I agree. Many students do not even ask questions unless their parents are present. Then the parents ask the questions.
I have found that most students do not ask many questions. This is why it is very important to explain the enrollment agreement to them because they really need to understand what they are signing.
I believe alot of factors cause anxiety in the enrollment process, but it is definitley up to us as agents to help with those anxieties that the students will feel and make sure to provide each one with all the information needed.
