We as instructors need to keep our students motivated no matter what material we may be covering that day. We need to keep the learning environment fun and interesting.

I think that it is important that you build rapport with your students. This will help the students better understand you as an instructor and what you expect from your students.

It is important as an instructor that you are enthusiastic about what you are teaching. It is also important that you know the material. If you keep your class exciting you will keep your students.

As a student I really enjoyed the life stories I received as a student; therefore as an instructor I try to provide as many as possible to the students for motivation.

This was a great module. I try to implement some of the suggestions in my classroom such as rewarding any student a twinkie and 5 bonus points for acing an exam. I've seen more engagement from students since implementing this. I also like the fun enviroment in the classroom. I try to take a daunting task and making it fun and funny so they don't realize its work.

I beleive moyivation is the key to educating a young student or a adult student making sure they understand the more you learn the better your life could be enjoying the careerr path you have chosen and using your life experiences to teach.
