I have placed all recommended materials into my resource notebook from here as well as marketing and welcome information from the institution I represent. The resource notebook will help me be complaint with current rules and regulations when communicating with prospective students as well as explain the benefits of my institution to future students.

The Commission Rules and Regulations will an important addition, as well as our school catalog. It will also make me keep up to date with any changes that might come along in our catalog pertaining to courses offered.

I am currently using right now and it's one of the most helpful tools for an Admissions Rep! THANK YOU!

Elizabeth,

I agree! It is a great tool to have. I have mine on my desk and use it daily.

Toni,
That's a great suggestion! Having it handy on your desk is an excellent opportunity just waiting for invitation. If you have a few minutes here or there you may pull out your notebook and refresh your knowledge.

Patty Aronoff

Nancy,

Continue to build your resource notebook with additional material that will assist you in your position. Other manuals, program information, organizational chart, are just a few items that you can add to your resource notebook.

Patty Aronoff

Enilda,
Great news! We appreciate you sharing the value of the resource notebook and how you use it every day in dealing with students.

Patty Aronoff

Sandra,

Absolutely! Always make sure you have the most current catalog that has been approved by the commission. This is your guiding document for the student experience. When they sign the enrollment agreement, they state that they have read and received a copy of that catalog.

Moises,
The resource notebook is a resource that you build yourself to your particular specifications. As you indicated having program specific information is very important to add to your notebook..

The resource notebook is a great tool to have with you at all times. I keep everything in my notebook, from the rules and regulations, to fees, forms, and basic information to help market our programs.

I have printed everything for my resource notebook,This way I can study it daily and , use it as a quick reference quide to make sure that I'm giving accurate and updated information to the applicant.

All the Chapter that contains the Rules and Regulations to be followed in Admission Process, also as you recommended, the catalog and the enrollment agreement. I learnt that it is important to have Handy any other manuals available in the institution.

It is my bible, always check it before a meeting with a potential student. In it you will find the Enrollment Agreement, Catalog, Refund Policy.

I have added all of the courses of study provided in our school. School Catalog is very important to refer the students to and also provided them with website of where they can find it. Keeping it up to date, printing the most current one is very important so you are providing the most up to date information.

Hi Kaina,

Obviously, a Resource Notebook is extremely and seriously vital for an institution. In this book with blank pages or in this portable microcomputer, certain principles, rules, or regulations, guidance, directions, requests, reminders, events, perspectives, appointments, and so on could be written.

Best Regards!

Basically information that is more specific to my institution, such as working with Officers in the Criminal Justice program and what we can offer them, that is authorized by the DOE.

Ana ,
Make sure you take time to update your notebook. The value lies in the material being current and up-to-date.

Patty Aronoff

Paula,
Finding the right way to market to your particular base is important. Marketing dollars are very expensive and finding the right mix is critical to the success of the marketing.

Patty Aronoff

German,

The catalogue along with the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school. We need to provide the catalog to the student in whatever format whether electronic or hard copy.

Patty Aronoff

Jason ,
Excellent point! We do need to accurately answer questions when they are posed. Having the resource material right at our fingertips we can ensure the correct information is being relayed.
