I believe that a Resource Notebook will be a great tool to refer to especially to the new admission staff. It will help the new admission rep to organize their knowledge that the students or their family may be asking.
I think it is a very valuable tool for every admission staff to create and maintain.
Being new to Admissions, most of the rules and regulations were a discovery. But having such a viable tool with me on a daily basis has assisted me in many ways already. I feel the most important pieces would be the Commission Rules and Regulations and of course the current Enrollment Agreement. The Resource Notebook is a wonderful resource to have at my fingertips.
The resource notebook will be invaluable as what we see we remember. When we do the process we will understand. The additional information is much like our constitution, where we can amend and make "more perfect"; to adjust and adapt to new improvements.
