Great job! Continue to add additional material that will assist you.

Aeisha,
Excellent! The resource notebook will be your guide in all things admissions. Continue to add additional material and maintain your notebook in a current and up-to-date status.

We decided to create an electronic and hard copy of the notebook. The electronic copy is used as the primary source since everyone can look at online and change it all at once. The paper copy is good to have to double check work once you make changes.

A resource notebook is an excellent way of keeping up on all the rules and regulations! It will be easy to update it if/when there are changes. I'm glad this is was a best practice as I see it being the main source of info and staying on top of things.

I have found that using the resource notebook is essential in learning the different terms and conditions. In addition, it is a very good way to be organized and material ready. In addition, I have discovered that knowing the florida state rules and regulations about the postsecondary policies and procedures are critial to the total exsitance of any institution in being current and compliant nowadays. Moreover, the rule and regulations enforced by the Florida Commission of Independent Education must be followed by each and every institution that provides prospective students with campus information.

The resource note should be available for all staff members if needed. The information is wide spread for all Post Secondary School employees.

I was pleased to find that so much of the material that I am required to store in my Resource Notebook has been covered in my initial training here. It's great to have it re-inforced and compiled in one place to be able to have it handy.

I've placed the list of terms and definitions in my Resource Notebook.

A resurce notebook is VERY helpful to a new admissions representative such as myself. In my resurce notebook I have place several different guides that list rules, regulations, DO's and Dont's, scripts for phone calls, etc. It has been must helpful in helping me learn exactly what my job entails and what I will be doing on a daily basis.

Cindy,
Great news! The resource notebook will be your best friend in your office for many years to come.

Amanda ,
Excellent! This is the pathway for compliance and a sure way to conduct business. The honesty and integrity is your guidance.

I am presently using the resource notebook and I have to say that it's one of the most helpful tools that an Admissions Representative can have.

I love the idea of this! Being organized and knowledgeable about every and any avenue through your school is crucial to admissions. Having a Resource Notebook allows you to stay on tops of important information and answers to potential questions. Having a "go-to" source is just the jumping off start an admissions representative needs to begin their job on the right foot!

Danielle,

Excellent news! Continue to build your notebook so that it can serve you well.

The notebook is great.

Dorothy,
Excellent! Continue to add additional material to add value to your notebook. You're off to a great start.

Kasandra,

Sounds like you have a great resource at your fingertips! The resource notebook is there to assist you and will be a great addition to your office.

Patty Aronoff

I've placed all of my notes along with important policies and procedures in my notebook.

I've put almost EVERYTHING in my notebook! I've found it really helpful and I'm actually on my second notebook now as I've been with the company for a few years, but I still use it. Anytime updated policies or memo's go out I put it in my notebook and it helps me stay organized and if I have any questions, everything is in one spot!

Martine,

The rules and regulations from CIE provide you direction and compliance information. As the school owner, you are responsible for all operations of the institution.
