In my resource notebook, I have placed our school catalog, Chapter 6E rules, Some of our marketing material and the student handbook. I discovered in the rules and regulations the correct terminology to use when stating what my position is called and the correct terms to use.
So far I have placed the terms and definitions, the Statues and Rules as well as our current catalog. I am awating a curent copy of our marketing information and org chart to add. I have learned the proper titles to use for Admissions staff and have a clear understanding of the needed training and frquency of training.
Do you think having a resource notebook with all of your prospective students is helpful? If it is helpful, what relevant information could you keep on each prospective student and stay in compliance?
The faculty does review all new student files. They then decide based on all the facts if a student meets the admission requirements.
