The resource notebook is a great idea, we currently dont have anything like it as we are a small school. It will take some time to develop but it will be implemented here at my organization.

Enrollment Agreement & Application for Admission:
A binding document/contract by which students may apply for entrance into a program. This document includes the financial terms of enrollment, all costs, and the terms of payment are disclosed. This document specifies the date of matriculation for the student as well as the date antiscipated for completion of the program. The policies and procedures for refunds are also contractually specified.

Basically guidance on the cost of attendance, the importance of satisfactory academic progress and are involved as their financial aid.
