Subject files are a great way to compile information about a particular subject. With program information there should be information on the career, the courses and requirements in that field.

Excellent! You were off to a great start working on your paperwork. Organization is key to success.

I organize paperwork alphabetically and using color-coded tabs.

I'm organizing my paperwork / notebook through tabs and color coordination so it's easier for me to reference back to it when needed.

organizing the paper work is a must! With all the important documentation given to you such as, driver license, emails, addresses, etc. it is very important to keep them in a safe place in the office. We make sure the basic information for request on the program is filed alphabetical and then once registered and out into a secure folder, they are put into a drawer by start date.

Good afternoon!

I am gathering copies of the needed documents and I am adding them to my training binder.

Regards,

Camille Balaguer

We have a folder that is pre-assembled and contains information for each of the classes that is offered. I then add any additional information that is needed as I discuss with the potential students such as job resources, testing costs and locations. Or any other items that makes it custom to them.
