Color coding is a great hat way to organize lots of material. Color triggers a system in our minds quickly directing us to the area we are interested in.

I organize my paper work in a 3 ring binder with tabs in alphabetical order. I also have additional forms handy in manila folders right on my desk so that I can find them in a moments notice. I don't like searching for things when I need them so I try to stay organized.

I have all the paperwork filed by name and under class, color coordinated.

I'm doing the same with my paperwork all organized in alphabetically order.

I'm organizing all my paperwork in a binder by topics. Also I organize the files by alphabetical order and I have both paper and computer files.

Everyone has their own way of organizing all the paperwork. As long as anyone can step in when you're not around and find the information they need, then you are well organized.

So far I have made a list and started to print and gather the necessary and suggested paperwork. I will be organizing them with a binder and color coded tabs. The check list will also be a good tool when updating the information and documents for the resource notebook in the future.

I have a binder with my employee handbook, catalog, and print outs from the training module. I have a shelf in my office where I will keep all of my relevant documents for my position, compliance requirements, CIE and accreditation information. I will add and update on a weekly/monthly/daily basis as I see changes, updates etc.

I would organize by having all the proper information needed as per compliance such as rules and regulations, catalog etc..
