When organizing my paperwork I use a student data sheet as a front cover that will give me all the main points that I will need to know about my student right away. I attach copies of some of the paperwork as well as the referred prospects they gave me.

I organize my notebook in alphabetical order. I just have to add some color to it to make it easier to look up the different information.

Very true! Having the material in various formats ensures that you will have the material you need when you need it.

I make sure I have more then one copy of everything. we have a hard copy to file, electronic copy to make transferring information easier, and then we have the student administrative program that keeps all the information secure and organized on the computer. I like having a paper document for everything because you cannot always rely on a computer.

As I am learning my roles and responsibilities, I have created a 3 ring binder with a table of contents to organize my paperwork. I have an electronic version so that I can update, print and insert into my 3 ring binder accordingly.

I'm putting them in a binder with tabs. The marketing materials are in binder inserts with pouches.

Im organizing my training materials in a three ring binder using Protector sheets, I labled the binder "Admissions Training Materials" that way it makes it easy for anyone to access the binder in my office if needed.

I have a 3 ring binder that I keep organized with all training information

I use a 3 ring binder with colored tabs and
each students name, with 15 sections for the completion of the coarse.....

Color coding is a visual organizer. When you train the brain on a certain color you immediately go to that area for the information that you need.
