I am learning a lot about my institution. I would have rated my knowledge about an 6 on a 1-10 scale. I am discovering policies about the enrollment agreement that I had no idea about, also I never knew much about the advertising and the rules on it.
Product knowledge is really important
I'm one of the founder of my institution, this allowed me to know a lot from each department, but there is always room for improvements, and I'm always learning something new because I love my job and I enjoy learning.
It is very important to know your institution and to understand the important of each department I have been working at my institution for 18 years. Moreover, I have been a student too.

The institution is focused on providing working adults and high school graduates, the opportunity to obtain college degrees online. The institution accreditation as of Middle State Association of Colleges and Schools is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). It has National Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accrediting engineering programs, International Colleges for Business School Education.
The programs of Bachelor's and Master's in the school of Business Administration, school of Computer Science and School of Engineering all of the schools with many concentrations like accounting, finance, human resources, marketing...etc.
The academic year is divided into three trimesters; Fall, Winter, and Spring, and a Summer Session. Each trimester is divided in two sessions of six weeks.

Being fairly new to my institution I feel there is plenty I am still learning. Since I mostly do Marketing, I feel comfortable with my knowledge in that area. I will begin taking on Recruiting once I have completed this course and feel that I have a good knowledge of recruiting as well.
I am still learning about finical aid and the admission process. During the process of this course I have taken several breaks to speak with my coworkers about their departments. I do feel I have already learned quite a bit about those departments, even since beginning this course.
