I am knowledgeable about the programs offered.Also policies in regards to academic progress and graduation requirements.

As a new hire to the organization only in my 3rd week on the job, I am still learning quite a bit about the university. However, the first two weeks of training was helpful in discovering quite a bit about the school.

We have over 100 locations in which our students can attend/learn as well as online courses. We have been around for over 30 years dating back to 1976. Our founder made a commitment to provide working adults with local higher education options at convenient class times.

That said, we have a broad range of degree programs from AS - Doctoral degrees along with non-degree type programs, professional development classes/certifications, etc. Through our academic partnerships, we're able to offer several value added benefits to our students/partners by way of webinars, career services, faculty led seminars, etc.

I have to understand every program that is provided by the institution I work in, so I could explain to my students and/or help them make the right educational choice.

I will rate as an 8, since I have good product knowledge, but I need to find out more about our placement rates. I have the goal this week to met with Career Services to find out more about our placements rates.

I went through the catalog when I first got hired to learn the history, locations, and programs offered at my campus and the others. I always use my catalog during an interview and continue to learn new things.

I work for a college with broad career programs. I do work hard in staying well informed about all the programs we offer. Being in the know when things change, for example maybe careers now require certification for employment when at one point it was not a requirement, what kind of jobs are available, and of course the big one RETENTION. Being well versed and knowledgeable in the university or school you work for will affect the information you provided to potential students in order for them to make a sound and informed decision and in the long run finish and graduate.

We will be offering master digrees. We have a MSCHE candidacy for accerditarion. Our online courses design using the Dual Language Inmerssion Model.

Our institution is accredited by the ACICS and our medical programs are also accredited by ABHES.We are also a National Center for Competency testing approved proctor site.We offer Diploma and degree programs in areas of Business, Graphic and Web Design, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing and Coding, Criminal Jusitce, Patient Care Technician Network, Hardware and Wireless Technology, Cosmotology, Barbering and HVAC/R with PLC. We were founded in 1982 and opened our second branch in 1990 our third in 97 the others in 2011.

It is very important to know every department as much as possible and also each coworker job description since these can be use as resources when a prospective students ask questions.

I know all the programs that are offered. All the requirement needed to complete the programs and to be certified if aplicable. I also know about the job demamds and espectations pertaining to each program.

It is very imperative to know your institution for yourself as well as your students. Knowing your institution is a great aspect of your knowledge. My institution that I work at required a great deal of information. It is very important that I know the different programs that we offer and all the information that is required on the school.

I feel very honored to work with honest and dedicated individuals striving to help students achieve life goals.

I am fortunate to know the programs my institution provides but more importantly ongoing training on product knowledge helps me stay current with any changes

We currently only offer two programs so I do know the programs in and out. I am always open to learning and I learn new things everyday.

As a new school, we currently only offer one program. As a result, I am expert in it completely. I also keep my school binder with me at all times. It has copies of everything from receipts and business cards to the actual curriculum the program is comprised of.

This is my first day on the job, but I was given a lot of the information at my acceptance of the position such as Employee Handbook, Student Handbook, Student Catalog, and Rules and Regulations. Reading this information prior to my start allowed me to become familiar with many of the topics discussed thus far. I am learning more about each department's responsibilities and how they relate to the potential student.
