For the enrollment process, we would require the student to submit all credentials in regards to their high school transcripts, college transcripts, and any certification if needed. Once we verify that the credentials are valid, we would provide the admissions application, enrollment agreement, payment options, curriculum guide, important dates and deadlines calendar. Once all documents have been properly signed, then they are submitted to the registrar for processing.

All paper works needed to be completed are done through my school's "student check list." It is very important to go through the check list thoroughly because as a person, with so much going on one may be forgetful. Thankfully, the check list keeps us on track and that way documents will be turned in and done responsibly in a fast manner.

Interview the student if he/she is a good fit. Ask if they would like a campus tour, if the student is interested. Ask them to complete an application and then an enrollment agreement to the school. Next, submit an essay why you want to attend our school. Meet with Financial Aid staff to complete FASFA and discuss payment options. Set up an appointment for student orientation to make sure all questions are answered.

Arranging the financial obligation is part of the enrollment process whether paying for cash or receiving financial aid or even private loans everything must be in order prior to start.

Once the student is accepted they will need to complete their institutional app for financial aid which we will give to their financial aid counselor unless paying cash. Then set up their enrollment appointment where they sign their enrollment agreement with financial aid. Then they will attend orientation and complete their uniform order forms and emergency contact sheets.

The enrollment agreement along with the catalog constitute the contract between the students and the school. Once the enrollment agreement is signed by all parties it becomes the document of record.

A very thorough admissions requirements for a bachelors degree program. This all becomes part of the students academic file and will carry through their educational journey.

We send them an enrollment agreement package which has a deadline to be completed. Once completed, the paperwork is scanned into the student file.
The minimum requirements for admission to the Bachelor’s degree at our University are:
1.Application Form and admission fee
2.Evidence of having completed high school or an equivalent.
3.High school graduation index, an equivalent, or when transferring from another Institution (a GPA) of 2.00.
4.Official Transcript
5.Two (2) Letters of recommendation from a professor, employer or community leader (Official Form)
6.Official academic credentials by an authorized agency (only for students from abroad)
