Our institute is very focused on not only initial training for new hires, which lasts for several weeks prior to someone being allowed to start assisting students independently. But, also ensure that training is done as often as needed. Most of our teams have daily or weekly meetings to discuss any recent changes or updates regarding internal policies as well as state and federal regulations.

Yes we do. The training usually takes about a month and a half to complete and is done before each agent is allowed to start on the floor. They are very focused on compliance and very thorough in their discussion of it. Falling under Title IV it is a topic that is always being discussed so quite a bit of the training focuses on compliance.
yes we do and it a pretty good program this really give the admission reps a better understanding what a admission reps everyday funtion is. by far compliance training is done everyday there is always something you can training on this is a another huge piece of a admission dept with out compliance you have no school.

We have an internal training prcoess that will last two weeks that every new Admissions Rep will encounter. In regards to focusing on compliance with state/federal/accreditation regulations, these are covered within the first day of the training. They will then be reviewed periodically as each area is feferenced with these topics.
When I had training 4 years ago we spent 3 days to start of just one on one training and we spent almost a full work day talking about how to perform my job within the state of Ohio rules and laws. We have training 2 times a year where they cover anything that has changed within our job funcationsc or rules and laws. Our job is always changing and there are things that we can also update to make sure we are on top of our game.
The institution that i work for does have an internal traiing program for new agents/admission reps. Upon the hire date each new rep is required to attend a 2 to 3 week training in which all compliance and regulations are explained. The new hire must pass this training course and apply for all applicable state liscensing in order to successfully complete training. This allows them to be well equipped when discussing or soliciting programs to perspective students. A signifcan't amount of time is spent io providing admission reps and agents with handouts regarding best practices,proper verbiage, as well as state and institutional compliance information.
