I am currently in my third day of training and the first two days were focused entirely on regulations regarding admissions. There is a lot to learn, but I have a great teacher and this course has been very informative.

During our weekly meetings, we always share best practices amongst all the campuses...keeps you refreshed.

Hello,
I'm an Admissions rep and have been for the past 4 years. We have continuous internal training which helps us stay focused on compliance and governing body regulations. My particular campus has switched the focus more so on customer service to make sure that all staff is doing everything necessary for the student.

Yes, we have a thorough training program that discusses compliance with regulations extensively. Ours begins with three weeks of classroom training with compliance issues taught and discussed throughout, followed by certifications and then on-going training once we begin interacting with potential students.

We do. It's referred to here as "boot camp" and is said to be very intense. I am scheduled to start next week. I just started this job 2 days ago so I am excited to learn the ins and outs of the job!

Yes, we have an internal training process that focuses directly on compliance. We also do a lot of shadowing and practice appointment to get us comfortable with the entire process. I feel there is only so much you can learn from class work so hands on learning is extremely importance.

I am a new hire and I have been told that on top of my licensing training I will have several company webinars to complete for my training. The webinars cover everything from safety to the history of education. There are sections on compliance, company specific policies, how to use our database, etc. I have only completed a few of these trainings but I have found them to be very informative and easy to listen to.

Yes our insitution has an extensive training program. The biggest protion of the program is compliance. As it is with everything at our campus compliance is of the utmost importance and something I am very aware of!

Yes, a very structured training program exists. Compliance training is part of the new hire and ongoing training in admissions and school-wide.

As a new rep there are many trainings that must be completed that are then followed by an assesment. This course, in addition to the other trainings, are very helpful.

Yes, we have a training program that is primarily focused on compliance with regulations.

Goof afternoon,
My institution does have thorough training programs for new admissions representatives and all training modules discuss compliance in some way. While certain trainings cover regulations on how to state financial aid eligibility, others cover how to state career services placement statistics – all of which are designed to ensure compliance with federal/state/ accreditation regulations.

Yes I beleive we do. I am a new hire this is my second week and I have been going through so many different traning programs, and my boss told me I have a week left of more training.

Yes, our school provides various training procedures. We are not only trained by our immediate supervisor but, corporate as well. The first week I was trained by my supervisor covering compliance, phone and interview procedures and next week I will be training with corporate on the same material matter. My company also provides monthly and yearly training as well.

Yes we do.

Yes we do alot of ignite work in our training program (IGNITE)and I feel that we are heading for success.

Yes it is very important to take notes. And our institution makes it easy to comply.

ITT has an ongoing training to stay focused on compliance with state/federal accreditation.

Yes, we are currently on our first day of training as new agents. We have already begun to discuss compliance requirements at all levels, and the impact that it can and will have if we do not maintain the compliance status. I know we will be continuing this topic throughout our 2 week training, but we will also have continuing education on compliancey to maintain ever changing rules and regulations. With our ever growing and chaning world, continuing education on rules and regulations is just as important as the initial training to ensure that we are able to meet and exceed student expecation of the knowledge we can bring to them, but maintain our compliancy to ensure we are staying honest and forth right with all information we should disclose.

Yes. We have an extensive online training through E-Campus that has a large portion dedicated to regulations.

This course was a great learning tool. I learned quite a bit. Thanks
