Yes we have an internal and ongoing training program with 2 qualified trainers. After the 3 week training course we do use them ongoing if we need to refresh on anything spesific on our traing.They can be contacted either by phone or e-mail at all times!
We constantly get 'updates',user answers and compiance regulations to keep us on top of things.
Our school is extremely strict on staying within the compliane regulations of the Industry.Calls are monitored, and severe action is taken against individuals not within complaince regulations!

A great deal of our training program deals specifically with compliance.Our training is ongoing even after our initial training. Our supervisors keep us abreast on any changes to help keep us in the loop.

A new rep spends their first two weeks learning the proper admissions processes/procedures including all regulations governing admissions. We are also updated on a weekly basis during our weekly training on any new regulations to ensure we are all "on the same page" regarding compliance.

We constantly revisit these thoughout the program when we are learning how to talk with potential students on the phone and in admissions interviews.
