Yes, we aer required to take a compliance training course online. They also have specific compliance guidelines that all admissions representatives are to follow

When it was first coming into effect, we had several webinars to train us on what the new federal rules were and how it would affect us as representatives. We continually do ongoing traing and discuss in weekly meeting any questions or concerns we have. All of the information is also posted on our employee portal for us to access at anytime

Yes my school has had webinars, meetings and updates in our enrollment agreements. We have been very proactive in our compliance with the new regulations.

All new hires now have training specific to the regulations that have rolled out. Current staff also attended weekly trainings that reviewed these new policies and ensured compliance.

The institution I work for has made several changes. We've held meetings/conference calls discussing all the changes. The presentation given in classrooms has the website listed where students/teachers can visit to get information regarding school, the printed material that is handed out in the classrooms will have website listed on them so students/teachers can visit as well.

The school I work for effectively implimented changes to all of our admissions process following the GAO report, and prior to the enactment of the new Federal guidelines. They had their finger on the pulse of what was going on, and proactively made their change. This has been reflected in our weekly and monthly training. Our interview and enrollment process and paperwork. Our organization also put in place a program which protects all "new" students to allow to assure that they made the right choice, without negative economic impact. Our cry is "Students com first".

Yes, Fortis Online has initiated several changes and new training efforts to keep Representatives current and up to date on all new regulations.

Yes the College I work for has implemented a weekley meeting with the admissions reps. In this meeting we dicuss and update policies and procedures. We also have updated our website, our paper work that we give to students and prospective students, and alot of our fincial paperwork has changed as well. We are making changes daily.

With the implementation of the new rules that went into effect on July 1, 2011, our school is making sure that we continue to comply with any and all rules currently in place.
