The school that I am in has also developed new and consistant training for Admissions reps to ensure product and program knowledge.

Our school has instituted several new changes and methods of compliance including a new extensive new hiring training module. Facilitators in this training module go over and over in making sure that agents are familiar with all issues so that we may know how to stay in compliance

My school has included this new guidelines as part of our admissions presentation. We include total cost, placement rates, and more.

That sounds like it would make my job much easier! I hope to implement the same thing at my school!

Your school is doing a great job being in compliance. Having links on the website are the best way to find information in my opinion.

I really like the fact that my campus' disclosures are easily accessed through the website. This gives you a good source to direct potential students too without having to get too into specifics with them about graduation rates, employment rates, etc. Its also good that they know tuition without being completely blindsided when discussing the program of interest.

The first reaction to the changes was the addition of a comprehensive disclosure of costs, placement and retention rates on every piece of literature or marketing material that even casually referenced a specific program.

My school has updated its website to include relevant information. Also, each admissions rep includes that in the interview and enrollment paperwork.

The school I work for has updated the website for students to find all of the information required for a student to know on a specific program.
And on top of that, admissions was provided with a program breakdown for each individual program at the school. These helpful breakdowns have been used in interviews conducted with students, so they are right on had as well.

All of our admissions reps have to go through compliance training every time there is a change. Additionally, it is added to the students paperwork/ packet, or to their enrollment agreement so that they are fully aware of the disclosures or where they would have access to them.

Yes indeed. My school has, not only posted all of the updates and critical information for full disclosure, but also created special marketing brochures detailing all information needed by the students (and their parents or guardians)such as tuition, fees, housing, etc. We even have a link to the same information as part of our outgoing email e-signatures that would take the student directly to that critical information on our school website.

Indeed my school has instituted intensive training modules on our employee website that all agents are required to complete. in addition there has been meeting to discuss this very issue to new hires and all employees in genral.

Yes, this is being discussed and making sure everyone is in compliance.

Our school has insituted many new training initiatives to discuss these new federal rules. We have had several opportunities to learn all about these new rules and also to discuss them with our coworkers.

As with many of the other schools, my former and present school instituted many changes. Some of these included not only full tuitions rates, onet information, gainful employment, and graduation rates among others.

Our college has instituted many of the same things that prior posters have indicated. We now disclose much more detail as to the costs of each program. I believe the new transparancy helps with some of the negative attention paid to proprietary schools.

My school always follows regulation and employees are familiar with any updated.

We have initiated a Financial Literacy program so the student understands how much they are using in grants (if they qualify) and how much they will have to pay back by the time they graduate. It also informs them of how close they will come to hitting their agg. limit of F.A

Yes, our school has conducted an in-person session to discuss these new policy changes. We have initiated the accreditation process and so must ensure we are being compliant for our self-study.

Our school gives a complete break down of information before the student is enrolled so that there are no surprises. They sign off and are given a copy. They also have access to a website with information about graduation and placement rates. Additionally, the enrollment is a multi-step process, so the student must meet with multiple school representatives over a period of a couple of days. This means that they have access to the experts in the various areas and they are not pressured to enroll on the spot.
